Built around the product.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of information stored on or accessed from your device when you use a website or online service. Similar technologies may perform related functions, including maintaining a secure session or preserving the state of a requested service.
2. Our current cookie use
AIQuicker currently uses first-party session technology necessary for core platform functionality, including authentication, account access, security controls and continuity of customer workflows. Our current production audit did not identify active advertising, behavioural tracking or non-essential analytics technologies deployed through the AIQuicker frontend.
3. AIQuicker session cookie
The main application session cookie is named aiquicker-session. It allows requests from your browser to be associated with the correct server-side session so that features such as signing in, maintaining account state and completing secure workflows operate correctly.
4. Why this cookie is necessary
The AIQuicker session cookie supports functionality integral to the online service requested by the user. Without session technology, authenticated account access, secure form workflows, transaction continuity and other user-specific platform functions may not work correctly.
5. Session duration
AIQuicker currently configures application sessions with a 120-minute inactivity lifetime. Actual session behaviour may also depend on browser behaviour, account activity and technical security controls. We may change the session configuration where reasonably necessary for security and reliable operation.
6. Cookie security settings
The AIQuicker session cookie is configured as HTTP-only, which prevents ordinary browser JavaScript from reading its value. It currently uses a SameSite=Lax setting to help protect against inappropriate cross-site requests. Other security attributes may be applied according to the production HTTPS and infrastructure configuration.
7. Authentication and request security
AIQuicker uses server-side sessions and request-security controls to authenticate users, protect account actions and help prevent unauthorised requests. Laravel security mechanisms may use browser cookies, session state or request tokens as part of these essential functions.
8. Strictly necessary technologies
Strictly necessary technologies are those required to deliver a service or feature the user requests, such as authenticating a user, maintaining a secure session, recording necessary transaction state or protecting the service from security threats and fraud.
9. Non-essential technologies
Non-essential technologies can include advertising, behavioural profiling and certain analytics or measurement technologies that are not required to provide the service requested by the user. These technologies are treated differently from essential session and security technologies.
10. Current consent position
AIQuicker does not currently display a cookie-consent banner because our audited production frontend did not identify non-essential analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking technologies requiring an optional-cookie choice. Strictly necessary session and security technologies may be used without optional-cookie consent where applicable law permits.
11. Future analytics or advertising
If AIQuicker later introduces non-essential analytics, advertising, behavioural tracking or other storage or access technologies for which consent is required, we will update this policy and implement an appropriate consent control before activating those technologies for affected users. A technology will not be treated as strictly necessary merely because it is commercially useful.
12. Third-party payment services
When you leave AIQuicker to use a third-party payment service such as Stripe, that provider may use cookies or similar technologies on its own hosted services. Those technologies are controlled by the relevant provider and are subject to that provider’s own privacy and cookie information.
13. External websites and services
AIQuicker may link to external websites or services. If you visit an external service, that provider may use cookies or similar technologies independently of AIQuicker. You should review the relevant provider’s privacy and cookie information where appropriate.
14. Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to view, remove or block cookies through browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent AIQuicker from keeping you signed in and may stop secure account, checkout or transaction features from functioning correctly.
15. No current advertising tracking
At the effective date of this policy, our production audit did not identify an active Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, advertising pixel or equivalent non-essential tracking SDK in the AIQuicker frontend.
16. Policy review and changes
We will keep this Cookie Policy aligned with technologies actually deployed through AIQuicker. If our use of cookies or similar technologies changes, we will reassess whether consent or additional controls are required and update our disclosures appropriately.
17. Privacy and contact
Some information connected with sessions or cookies may constitute personal information. Please also read the AIQuicker Privacy Notice. AIQuicker is operated by Bearlet Ltd., company number 16819066, registered office: 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. For cookie-related questions, contact ai@aiquicker.com.

Important
Effective: 16 August 2026. Current audited consent position: AIQuicker uses strictly necessary first-party session and security technology and no non-essential analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking technology was identified in the production frontend audit. If that position changes, consent requirements and controls will be reassessed before relevant non-essential technologies are deployed where required.
