These Terms govern your access to and use of AIQuicker, including accounts, marketplace purchases, AI-powered features, subscriptions, creator services and referral features.
AIQuicker is a digital technology platform operated by Bearlet Ltd., company number 16819066, with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. AIQuicker provides a marketplace for AI prompt products and related digital content, AI-assisted prompt generation and other AI productivity features. References in these Terms to AIQuicker, we, us or our mean Bearlet Ltd. in its capacity as operator of AIQuicker.
By creating an account, purchasing or accessing a product, using AI-powered features, activating creator functionality or otherwise using AIQuicker, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your use of the service. Additional terms or information shown during a particular transaction, subscription, creator workflow or promotion may also apply. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
You must provide accurate information where requested and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account where that activity results from your actions or your failure to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. You must not misuse another person’s account, impersonate another person or create accounts for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful purposes. Please contact AIQuicker promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
AIQuicker enables customers to discover and obtain digital prompt products and related content. Product descriptions, prices and other material purchase information are presented through the relevant listing or checkout flow. Purchased digital content may become accessible through your AIQuicker account. You should review the listing and compatibility or usage information before purchasing. Your statutory rights in relation to digital content are not affected by these Terms.
AIQuicker may make certain prompts, features or other digital content available without charge. Free availability may be subject to account requirements, reasonable usage controls, eligibility rules or other conditions shown with the relevant feature. Unless a specific continuing entitlement is stated, AIQuicker may change or withdraw free offerings prospectively as the service develops.
Prices and applicable charges are displayed before you commit to a purchase or paid service. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. AIQuicker does not require you to provide payment card details directly to a creator. Where taxes, processing arrangements or other transaction information apply, they will be handled or displayed as required by the relevant transaction flow and applicable law.
Some AIQuicker purchases involve digital content that may be made available immediately. Where applicable law gives you a cancellation right, AIQuicker will not treat that statutory right as lost merely because these Terms say so. Any loss of a statutory cancellation right for immediately supplied digital content depends on the requirements of applicable law being satisfied, including any required express consent and acknowledgement. This section does not limit remedies available for faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming digital content.
Refund eligibility depends on the nature and status of the transaction, the applicable AIQuicker refund rules and any rights provided by law. Nothing in an AIQuicker refund rule removes statutory remedies that apply to consumers. Where a refund, price reduction, repeat performance or other remedy is required by applicable law, those legal rights take priority over any conflicting platform policy.
AIQuicker may use artificial intelligence services to generate, improve, classify, recommend or otherwise assist with prompts and related content. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unsuitable or unexpected results. AI-generated material should be reviewed before use. You remain responsible for deciding whether an AI-generated prompt or output is appropriate for your circumstances and for how you use it.
AIQuicker prompts and AI-generated material are general digital tools and are not a substitute for appropriately qualified professional advice where such advice is required. You should independently verify important information and exercise appropriate human judgment, particularly for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, employment, regulatory or other high-impact decisions.
Prompt products may be designed for or used with third-party AI services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AIQuicker is not affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible for third-party AI providers. Third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, model behaviour and technical limitations. A prompt that performs in one model, version or configuration may behave differently in another.
Where AIQuicker offers a paid subscription, the applicable price, billing period, included features and renewal information will be presented before purchase. Subscription cancellation affects future renewal in accordance with the subscription terms shown to you and applicable law; it does not by itself create or remove statutory refund rights. AIQuicker may change future subscription offerings or prices with appropriate information or notice where required.
Users who activate creator functionality may submit and manage prompt products for the marketplace subject to these Terms, the creator terms, marketplace requirements and moderation standards. Creators are responsible for having the rights necessary to publish their submitted content and for ensuring that their listings are not unlawful, misleading, infringing or deceptive. AIQuicker may review, reject, restrict, unpublish or remove marketplace content where reasonably necessary to operate and protect the marketplace.
AIQuicker may deduct a platform commission from creator sales. The standard marketplace commission currently shown by AIQuicker is 20%, meaning a standard creator share of 80% before applicable payment processing, refunds, reversals, taxes, adjustments or other amounts described in the creator workflow. The commission applicable to a particular creator or transaction may differ where another rate has been agreed or configured. The applicable commercial information shown in the creator workflow or account forms part of the relevant creator arrangement.
Creator earnings may be subject to settlement status, refund or dispute periods, payout thresholds, identity or payment verification, supported payout methods and other reasonable operational requirements displayed through the creator experience. Amounts that are refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent or otherwise invalid may be deducted or reversed where appropriate. Creator-specific payout rules are addressed further in the applicable creator terms and workflow.
Eligible users may receive referral rewards for qualifying activity attributed through AIQuicker’s referral system. The applicable rate, eligibility conditions and reward status are determined by the referral programme rules shown in the platform. Referral earnings may be reversed or withheld where the underlying transaction is refunded, reversed, fraudulent, self-referred, manipulated, ineligible or otherwise does not satisfy the programme rules. Referral rewards are not guaranteed income.
You retain any ownership rights you have in content you submit to AIQuicker. You give Bearlet Ltd. the permissions reasonably necessary to host, store, process, display, reproduce and technically adapt that content for operating, securing, moderating and providing the relevant AIQuicker features. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the content and to permit AIQuicker to process it for those purposes.
Buying or obtaining access to a prompt product does not transfer ownership of the creator’s underlying intellectual property unless the applicable listing expressly says otherwise. Customers receive the right to access and use the purchased digital product for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms and any clearly disclosed product-specific licence conditions. You must not unlawfully copy, redistribute, resell or represent another person’s protected content as your own.
AIQuicker’s software, interface, branding, platform design, databases and other materials owned by Bearlet Ltd. or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you. You may use the service only through the functionality and permissions made available by AIQuicker.
You must not use AIQuicker to break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malicious software, interfere with platform security, obtain unauthorized access, manipulate marketplace or referral systems, commit fraud, misrepresent identity or ownership, scrape or overload the service in an abusive manner, or use the platform in a way that materially harms AIQuicker, its users, creators or third parties.
Where reviews, ratings, referrals or other marketplace reputation features are available, they must be used honestly. AIQuicker may investigate or remove content or activity reasonably believed to involve fabricated reviews, coordinated manipulation, undisclosed conflicts, fraudulent transactions, artificial engagement or other conduct that undermines marketplace integrity.
AIQuicker may take proportionate action to protect users, creators, third parties and the service. Depending on the circumstances, this may include restricting content, pausing a listing, withholding a disputed or invalid transaction amount where legally permitted, limiting functionality, investigating activity or suspending an account. We will act reasonably and will not use this section to remove rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.
AIQuicker may update the service, introduce or remove features, perform maintenance and change technical integrations as the platform develops. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Where a change materially affects an existing paid consumer commitment, we will respect applicable contractual and statutory rights and provide information or notice where required.
AIQuicker relies on or may interact with third-party services such as payment processors, AI providers and infrastructure providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. AIQuicker remains responsible for its own obligations and does not use this section to exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted and your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to those rights, AIQuicker is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by your unlawful or unauthorized use of the service. Any assessment of responsibility will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
You may stop using AIQuicker at any time, subject to any continuing obligations connected with transactions or creator activity. AIQuicker may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, fraud, security risks, unlawful conduct or material harm to the platform or others. Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue. Termination does not remove rights or obligations that arose before termination.
AIQuicker may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law, security requirements or business operations. Updated Terms will be published through AIQuicker and, where required, material changes affecting existing users or paid commitments will be communicated appropriately. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under applicable law or an existing transaction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections available to consumers under the law that applies to them. Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a consumer from relying on mandatory rights or bringing proceedings in a court where applicable law gives them that right.
