Digital content and statutory rights
AIQuicker sells digital content and AI-powered services.
Nothing in this Refund Policy removes statutory remedies
available where digital content is faulty, misdescribed,
not supplied as agreed or otherwise fails to conform to
the contract.
Where digital content is supplied immediately, the normal
distance-selling cancellation position depends on whether
the legal requirements for immediate supply, express
consent and acknowledgement have been satisfied.
AIQuicker does not treat a statutory cancellation right
as lost merely because a transaction involves digital
content.
A one-time AI generation purchase provides a generation
entitlement according to the applicable product flow.
The facts relevant to any refund request can therefore
include whether payment completed, whether the entitlement
remained available, whether generation was consumed and
whether the paid service was supplied correctly.
Cancelling future subscription renewal is different from
requesting a refund of a charge already made. Subscription
cancellation normally affects future renewal according to
the subscription terms, while refund rights for an
existing charge depend on the circumstances and
applicable law.
Where a marketplace transaction is successfully refunded,
corresponding creator earnings, platform commission and
eligible referral accounting may also be reversed
internally. These accounting adjustments do not reduce
any amount the customer is legally entitled to receive.
