This Privacy Notice explains how Bearlet Ltd. collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you use AIQuicker.
AIQuicker is operated by Bearlet Ltd., company number 16819066, registered office: 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. Bearlet Ltd. is the controller of personal information processed for the operation of AIQuicker unless another party is identified as acting independently for a particular service. Depending on how you use AIQuicker, information you provide can include your name, email address, password credentials in hashed form, profile image, creator profile information, marketplace content, reviews, feedback, support communications, prompt requests, referral-related information and information you submit through AI-powered features.
We process account information to create and administer accounts, verify email addresses, authenticate users, manage password resets, maintain account security, record account status and support login and verification workflows. The application may also record timestamps associated with verification and login activity.
When you browse, save, obtain or purchase marketplace content, AIQuicker may process information connected with those activities, including account identifiers, prompt views, saved prompts, orders, order items, product access, reviews, support activity and transaction status. We use this information to provide marketplace services, maintain your library, administer purchases, prevent abuse and resolve customer issues.
If you use creator features, we may process creator profile information, published prompt products, media you upload, marketplace activity, sales records, commission information, earnings information, moderation status and information needed to administer creator access and future payout processes. Some creator profile and listing information is intended to be visible publicly through the marketplace.
AIQuicker uses Stripe for supported payment flows. Stripe may process payment card and billing information directly under its own privacy practices. AIQuicker may receive and store transaction-related information such as checkout references, payment or subscription identifiers, payment status, currency, transaction amount and webhook event information needed to verify and administer purchases, subscriptions, credits, refunds or related commerce activity. AIQuicker does not need to store your full payment card number in order to operate these flows.
When you use AI-powered features, we may process the request you submit, clarification answers, assembled instructions, generated prompts or related outputs, model or provider information, generation status and technical usage information associated with the request. This information is used to provide the requested AI service, preserve your workflow, administer entitlements, maintain generation history where applicable, improve reliability and investigate service problems.
Information submitted to an AI-powered feature may be sent to an external AI service provider where this is necessary to perform the feature. The information shared depends on the feature and the request you submit. Do not include unnecessary confidential, highly sensitive or third-party personal information in AI prompts. Third-party AI providers may process information under contractual arrangements and their applicable privacy terms.
Where you purchase or use an AI subscription or one-time generation entitlement, we may process subscription identifiers, plan information, billing status, entitlement periods, available or consumed allowances, payment confirmation information and related operational records. We use this information to provide paid features, administer renewals and cancellations, prevent duplicate entitlement and maintain transaction integrity.
If you use or arrive through AIQuicker’s referral programme, we may process referral identifiers, attribution records, referrer and referred-user relationships, qualifying purchase information, commission records, reversals and payout-related information. We use this information to attribute referrals, calculate eligible rewards, detect manipulation and administer the programme.
AIQuicker uses session and security information necessary to operate authenticated web services. Depending on the request and infrastructure involved, technical records can include session identifiers, security tokens, timestamps, request or event information, browser or device information, network information and server or application logs. We use this information to operate the service, maintain sessions, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose problems and protect the platform.
AIQuicker uses cookies or similar browser technologies where needed for sessions, authentication, security and reliable platform functionality. Additional measurement, analytics or other non-essential technologies, if deployed, are addressed through the Cookie Policy and any consent controls required by applicable law. The Cookie Policy should be read together with this Privacy Notice.
Where AIQuicker allows you to upload profile images, creator images, product media or other files, we process and store those files to provide the feature you requested. Uploaded material may be resized, converted, validated or otherwise technically processed for security, performance and presentation. Content intended for a public creator profile or marketplace listing may be publicly accessible.
If you contact us, submit feedback, open a support request or otherwise communicate with AIQuicker, we process the information contained in that communication and related account or transaction information where necessary to respond, investigate the issue, maintain service records and protect our legal rights.
We process personal information to provide and administer AIQuicker, perform transactions and contracts with users, authenticate and secure accounts, provide AI and marketplace features, administer creators, subscriptions and referrals, communicate about the service, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain and improve reliability, comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
Depending on the activity, our lawful basis may be performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract; compliance with a legal obligation; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, improving and protecting AIQuicker and preventing fraud or misuse; or consent where the law requires consent for a particular activity. We assess the appropriate lawful basis in the context of each processing purpose rather than relying on one basis for everything.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, those interests can include operating a secure and reliable marketplace and AI service, protecting users and Bearlet Ltd. from fraud or misuse, maintaining platform integrity, understanding and resolving technical problems, improving service functionality and managing business and legal risk. We consider whether those interests are necessary and balanced against the rights and interests of the people affected.
We may share personal information with service providers that help us operate AIQuicker, including payment processors, AI service providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, email or communications providers, storage providers and professional advisers where necessary. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights, to prevent fraud or security threats, or in connection with a lawful corporate transaction. We do not give creators unrestricted access to a customer’s payment card information.
Some technology providers used to operate AIQuicker may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where a transfer of personal information is subject to UK international-transfer restrictions, Bearlet Ltd. will use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, such as UK adequacy regulations, appropriate contractual safeguards or another permitted mechanism, as required. You may contact us for further information about safeguards relevant to a particular transfer.
AIQuicker does not apply one retention period to every category of information. We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing an active account or purchased service, preserving transaction and entitlement records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, maintaining security, enforcing agreements and meeting accounting, tax, regulatory or other legal obligations. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymise or otherwise securely dispose of it, subject to applicable law and technical requirements.
We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. These measures include access controls and application security practices appropriate to the service. No online service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should also protect their account credentials and notify us if they suspect unauthorised access.
Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, UK data protection law may give you rights to request access to your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request erasure, restrict processing, receive certain information in a portable format and object to certain processing. Some rights are subject to legal conditions or exemptions, so they do not apply identically to every processing activity.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object to processing in circumstances provided by data protection law. If you object, we will consider your request and whether there are compelling legitimate grounds or another lawful reason that permits the processing to continue. You may contact ai@aiquicker.com to exercise this right.
Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not make processing carried out before withdrawal unlawful. Withdrawing consent may affect a feature where that information is necessary for the consent-based activity, but it does not affect processing carried out under another valid lawful basis.
You may contact AIQuicker to request deletion of your account or personal information. A request does not necessarily require deletion of every record immediately: we may need to retain certain transaction, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, legal or dispute records where permitted or required by law. Where the right to erasure applies, we will take appropriate steps to action the request.
If you have a concern about how AIQuicker handles your personal information, please contact us first so we can investigate. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office where applicable. Exercising a complaint right does not affect any other legal rights you may have.
AIQuicker is not specifically designed as a service for children. We do not intentionally design the core marketplace and paid AI services around collecting children’s personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information in circumstances that require additional protection or parental involvement, please contact us so that we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
AIQuicker uses automated systems to provide features such as AI prompt generation, recommendations, moderation assistance, entitlement processing and transaction-state handling. These systems support delivery and operation of the service. AIQuicker does not describe these systems as making solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals unless a particular feature expressly states otherwise.
We may update this Privacy Notice when our services, technology, providers or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on AIQuicker. Where a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will take reasonable steps to provide additional notice where required before beginning a materially different use.
